EUDR: Mandatory questionnaire to enable the IVECO GROUP to assess suppliers' EUDR risk

Dear Valued Suppliers,

to ensure Iveco Group compliance to EUDR, we need the necessary information from all Supplier’s legal entities, and related Part Numbers, involved in EUDR.

Specifically, we request the following:

Complete and return IVG template (excel) for rubber declaration on PNs enquired.

If ALL PNs (that we have listed and sent to you) do NOT contain natural rubber and/or wood or its derivatives, PNs will be considered out of scope and you can eventually skip the completion of the questionnaire.

Send us, together with IVG’s excel, your Company declaration – on your letterhead – duly signed by a legal representative, with which you will commit yourself about PNs mentioned in excel

Complete and return our online questionnaire for all PNs which contains natural rubber and wood or its derivates.

Please consider that due date to receive all this information was Thursday, 17^th April and, in case we are unable to complete the risk assessment due to a lack of information provided by Supplier, we will be forced to set up a mitigation plan, which may include various commercial measures.
