NEW Logistic Agreement – South America

Dear Suppliers,

 

We are pleased to inform You about an important update that will affect our future business transactions: as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations and enhance our business relationships, Iveco Group has created its Supplier Logistic Agreement (Direct Materials) – Latam Region (the “SLA”), which is now available on the Supplier Portal following the path Documents > Logistics > Logistic Agreement (SLA).

The NEW SLA contains all the topics (pillars) impacting logistic processes across Iveco Group (Latam Manufacturing Plants and Parts Depots) and Your facilities; the NEW SLA is a detailed document that, together with GPT&C effective March 2025, will help the enforcement of Iveco Group contractual rights and standardization of controls across the entire supply chain.​

The NEW SLA document incorporates the main drivers that are designed to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

The NEW SLA has been designed to specify our mutual obligations and expectations with higher clarity (e.g. amended contents and simplified layouts to ease reading and comprehension), thus allowing for smoother transactions, efficient business processes and easier monitoring of the execution phase over the SLA lifecycle.
