IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION for South America Suppliers - Year End Letter (Gifts)

Dear Suppliers,

As the holiday season approaches, we want to thank you and your company for the attention that has gone into business relations with Iveco Group in 2023.

On this occasion, we take this opportunity to remind you that we are committed to the principles expressed in our Code of Conduct that provides for particular guidelines for receiving gifts, as common in a festive season as the end of the year.

Therefore, we cordially request that you avoid sending gifts to Iveco Group employees. In accordance with our Code of Conduct, only promotional items such as diaries, pens, caps, small gifts and the like, all of which are of symbolic value, may be accepted by our employees.
