We would like to inform you of some new activities:

1. Portal Downtime 

Due to a scheduled maintenance window, the Supplier Portal will be unavailable from 3:00 PM (CET) on December 31, 2025, until 9:00 AM (CET) on January 7, 2026.

During this period, it will not be possible to upload, edit, or consult any data.

2. New Supplier Portal for Iveco Defence Vehicles (IDV) and ASTRA.

Starting January 7, 2026, access to the new IDV Supplier Portal will be available via the following link: supplier.idvgroup.com

3. Changes to the Code

• Introduction of the new SML code, necessary to align and standardize the identifiers already known to the supplier.

• Differences in the SML code between the two portals:

   - IVG → 10-digit numeric code (for example, no longer BC999 but 0001234567)

   - IDV → 5-character alphanumeric code, as currently used (for example, only BC999 remains)

• Local codes remain unchanged

1. Interruzione del Portale

A causa di una finestra di manutenzione programmata, il Portale Fornitori non sarà disponibile dalle ore 15:00 (CET) del 31 dicembre 2025 fino alle ore 9:00 (CET) del 7 gennaio 2026.

Durante questo periodo, non sarà possibile caricare, modificare o consultare alcun dato.

2. Nuovo Portale Fornitori per Iveco Defence Vehicles (IDV) e ASTRA.

A partire dal 7 gennaio 2026, l'accesso al nuovo Portale Fornitori IDV sarà disponibile tramite il seguente link: supplier.idvgroup.com

3. Modifiche al Codice

• Introduzione del nuovo codice SML, necessario per allineare e standardizzare gli identificatori già noti al fornitore.

• Differenze nel codice SML tra i due portali:

  - IVG → codice numerico a 10 cifre (ad esempio, non più BC999 ma 0001234567)

  - IDV → codice alfanumerico a 5 caratteri, come attualmente utilizzato (ad esempio, rimane solo BC999)

• I codici locali rimangono invariati
