Reminder: COVID-19 Green Pass compulsory to access CNH Industrial Italian locations

Dear Suppliers,

We would like to inform you that according to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no.127 issued September 21st, 2021, starting from October 15th 2021 until December 31st 2021, employees of the private sector, including those who provide service based on external contracts, will be required to own and show upon request the COVID-19 certification - Green Pass to access sites where they conduct their working activity.

The same law requires that the employers verify whether their employees and third parties’ employees comply with the obligation.

We therefore kindly inform you that from October 15th, 2021, access to our Italian premises will not be allowed to anyone who is not holding a COVID-19 Green Pass and our personnel will perform specific checks to ensure the above legal obligation is respected and that there are no violations.

Finally, we ask you to please verify as appropriate and ensure that your employees and sub-contractors are in possession of the Green Pass when they access the premisses of our Company.
