BREXIT: Important communication regarding UK REACH

Dear Valued Suppliers,

As you may know, with Brexit, some changes have been made to substances regulations. The EU REACH Regulation was brought into UK law on 1 January 2021, which is known as UK REACH.

The role and obligations you previously undertook within EU REACH may have changed under UK REACH. So, it’s important to review and find out whether it’s applicable and what your company needs to do to comply with UK REACH, please go to REACH guidance published on HSE (Health and Safety Executive).

Please ensure that you meet the relevant duties under both UK and EU REACH. There may be actions you need to take to maintain your business with CNH Industrial and the access to the markets.
