To all the CNH Industrial Plants and Suppliers – Important message for SQP and IRW tool.
As already announced with specific message in Supplier Portal, SQP and IRW tool experienced a malfunction in the date of yesterday.
The issues related to this malfunction have been solved with an important restore procedure.
We have only to notify that the activities performed since September 20th, 20:30 h CET, could no longer be available and, as a consequence, you could be kindly called to fill in you actions again.
We regret for the inconvenient and we are doing all the best in order to prevent such malfunctions in the future.
PLEASE DO NOT OPEN TICKETS DUE TO THIS REASON
