IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION - Transfer of the Parts Distribution Center to Pouso Alegre

Dear Supplier,

Following our previous communications, we inform you that the transfer of the Iveco Group Spare Parts Distribution Center is underway, with a focus on operational efficiency gains through a 100% dedicated structure and operation.

The inventory transfer process will begin in April 2026, as previously communicated.

During the transition period (April to July 2026), we will adopt the necessary measures to ensure that the supply and receipt of components occur in an organized manner and without interruptions.

In this context:

• Production schedules will continue to be directed to Sorocaba, ensuring supply flow stability.

• Gradually, schedules will also begin to be directed to Pouso Alegre, following the progress of the operational migration to the new structure.

We will keep everyone informed of each stage, ensuring a safe, transparent transition aligned with Iveco Group logistics processes.
