IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION - General Inventory of Fixed Assets

Dear Suppliers,

We are starting the GENERAL INVENTORY of our FIXED ASSETS held by third parties and we inform you that as of June 1^st 2026, you will be contacted by the company GCA Consulting Group, to carry out this activity.

In this first contact will be aligned:

- Scheduling the visit date for inspection and other particular points so that the visit can take place, as a reference person for contact within your units, adequate PPE's and the need for training for access to industrial facilities, etc.

- List of fixed assets owned by Iveco Group in your possession as of April 30, 2026.

- Alignment of the person responsible for signing the final report after the tooling inspection.

We request that you allow the entry of the company GCA Consulting Group, hired by Iveco Group, so that they can carry out the inspection and identification of the tools.

We remind you that failure to locate or damage fixed assets implies sanctions signed in a loan agreement.
