BREXIT: Important communication to EU suppliers sending to UK and UK suppliers sending to EU

Dear Suppliers,

As you know, at the end of the Transition Period on 31st December 2020, EU businesses will need to apply the same processes to trade with UK that apply when trading with the rest of the world (non-EU countries).

From 1st January 2021, CNH Industrial FCA/EXW suppliers are expected to manage all custom export procedure, to obtain relevant export documentation and provide them to carriers/drivers timely and accurately.

Export customs operations and the relative costs are the shipper’s responsibility in case of FCA (Free Carrier) goods supply.

CNH Industrial expects that all FCA/EXW shippers will provide all documents at loading: commercial invoice, packing list, delivery note, EAD Export Accompanying Document)/ TAD Transit Accompanying document and any other documents as required to manage the border crossing.

Suppliers are requested to exchange via e-mail mentioned documents to the competent CNH Industrial haulers to facilitate import and prevent potential documentation issues at loading or in transit.
