REMINDER | BREXIT: End of Transition Period - Information for Suppliers

Dear Supplier Partners,

With reference to the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union on the 1st February 2020 and the end of the Transition Period on 31st December 2020, we kindly remind you to read the attached information regarding new procedures and rules that will apply when shipping to our Basildon plant.

We strongly encourage our suppliers:
- to evaluate in detail the BREXIT impact on your business and export customs formalities – contacting your local customs authorities if necessary;
- to comply with rules of origin in order for your products to qualify for preferential rates;
- to validate how the products you are selling to CNH Industrial in the UK might be affected by the regulatory changes due to BREXIT.

Please make sure your Company is ready for the custom clearance process to ensure a smooth flow of materials to our plant after the change.
