COVID-19: Reminder regarding the Safety Protocol for the CNH Industrial’s sites

Dear Supplier Partners,

As the state of the sanitary emergency continues in most countries where CNH Industrial operates, we would like to kindly remind all Suppliers about the Safety Protocol that must be strictly followed by all visitors, including Suppliers’ representatives, Carriers and Service Companies, in all our locations.

The Safety Protocol allows us to manage activities in our plants and offices while assuring the utmost safety and protection for our employees and partners.

In particular, please note that the admission to our sites will not be granted to anyone who has any flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough or breathing difficulties or has been in contact with persons suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the 14 days preceding the visit. As part of the usual registration procedure at the entrance, any visitor to CNH Industrial sites is asked to duly fill a self-certification form and to confirm they don’t fall into any of the categories listed above. Please kindly read carefully the attached Protocol and make sure you understand its requirements before visiting our sites.

Furthermore we ask you to inform us immediately in case of COVID-19 cases in your organization that have worked at our facilities in the days prior to the detection of the infection in order to allow us all to put in place immediately all the countermeasures.
