PPWR – Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation: documents to be provided

Dear Supplier,

In case you will receive an email from ppwr.ivg@ivecogroup.com please consider that the information and documentation provided, or to be provided, shall be used by Iveco Group exclusively for the purpose of ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2025/40.

Iveco Group will rely on such information and documentation as complete, accurate and truthful for the above purpose. It is the Supplier’s responsibility to ensure that all information and documentation provided to Iveco Group are complete, accurate, and up to date, and to promptly notify Iveco Group of any inaccuracies, omissions or changes.

Any inaccuracies, omissions or misleading information may cause Iveco Group to be non-compliant with applicable regulatory requirement.

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Iveco Group, the Supplier shall be liable for any damages, losses, costs or liabilities arising out of or in connection with any inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information or documentation provided, including any resulting non-compliance with Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
